Tricia joins our Project Management team with a rich background in project coordination, digital design, and stakeholder communication. She spent several years at Gainwell Technologies managing website projects, workflows, and cross-functional teams, and has also worked as an independent UX/UI consultant and media designer for major brands.

Tricia is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments where she can juggle competing priorities — skills that will serve her (and us!) well here at FM Constructors.

We’re looking for a part-time Construction Office Administrator to join the FM Constructors team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys helping keep a construction office running smoothly. The role will be approximately 20 hours per week in a quiet office environment, with flexible scheduling available for the right person.

Responsibilities may include:

Answering phones and assisting visitors

Organizing project and office documents

Supporting billing, invoices, and vendor paperwork

Data entry and general administrative support

Helping our team stay organized and on track

Construction-office experience is helpful, but a positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills matter most.

We have a solid team and, for the most part, we’re good people to work with. 😉
