The CCIM Mississippi Chapter successfully conducted a Lunch & Learn session with speaker Sayward Loftus with First American Exchange Company, who addressed 1031 Exchanges, including fundamental concepts and advanced questions that may cause delays in closings.

The event saw a strong turnout, led by 2026 President Tommy Payne and 2026 President Elect Andrew Bush.
