Project Update || Goldman Equipment || Louisiana

Peoples Construction was awarded the new Goldman Equipment flagship store in Louisiana. Goldman equipment has been a premier John Deere dealer in northern and central Louisiana for over 75 years. The new 55,000 square foot facility will include an expansive showroom, office and training spaces, parts storage, and service. The fifteen service bays are designed with two full span bridge cranes and four 50 foot wide hanger doors to service the largest equipment needs.

ABC Mississippi Chapter Silver Winner - Smith Law Firm || Ridgeland, Ms

Recently completed 4,700 square foot renovation project for Smith Law Firm. The scope included demolition of existing walls and finishes to make room for the new firm. New construction consisted of new metal stud walls and finishes, new ceilings and LED lighting, a new conference room, and new furniture. The conference room is designed as the focal point within the space.

ABC Mississippi Chapter Silver Winner – PriorityOne Bank || Gluckstadt, Mississippi

The new Priority One Bank in Gluckstadt, MS is a symbol of growth for the Priority One family and the Gluckstadt community. The design focuses on scale, materiality, and surrounding context to complement the new developments in the area. Perched on the corner, the new 4,000 square foot branch provides banking services, drive through banking access, and private offices with conference room. The exterior consists of board & batten siding, painted brick masonry, and storefront glazing. The modern interiors complement the exterior design and bring a fresh design to the bank. Peoples Construction is proud to partner with Priority One Bank on this project and looks forward to continuing our relationship.
