Floyd Custom Machine & Design Floyd Custom Machine & Design was started in November of 2015 as a full service machine shop special We moved into our new building in Floyd, VA early in 2016.

Floyd Custom Machine & Design was founded in November 2015 by Tim Akers and Kenneth King. We have a combined 65 years experience in machining, tool & die, prototyping, welding, machine building and designing. We currently have a wide variety of machines including:

We got our new ProtoTrak TCM14 today. Thanks to Mignogna Rigging for moving the machine in. They did a great job moving it in. Can't wait for Dominion Air to do the setup so we can be up and running.
