The accompanying photo is a preview of a Grading Plans Set for Natchez High School in Adams County, MS. Working closely with the School Board, County, and local stakeholders, this grading plan shows land elevation and contours, drainage and water flow, earthwork and construction limits, along with other key components. The thorough details in this plans set help to guide contractors while satisfying permitting authorities.

Daylen, our summer civil engineering intern from The University of South Alabama, has been busy trading textbooks for AutoCad!

Some recent projects he has been lending a hand with include collecting data points for topographical and boundary surveys, reviewing drainage plans to ensure adequate stormwater runoff, and assisting with grading calculations for a local subdivision project.

We are so glad he's on board and is already accomplishing so much. This summer is off to a great start!
