What You'll Do
As our HR Generalist, you'll play an important role in supporting employees, supervisors, and management while helping maintain a positive, productive, and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a resource for employees and supervisors regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
• Assist with employee relations, conflict resolution, coaching, and corrective action.
• Maintain accurate employee personnel files, HR records, and HRIS information.
• Support compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies.
• Assist with employee performance management and evaluations.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
• Assist with workplace investigations and maintain appropriate confidentiality.
• Prepare HR reports, track employee data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and employee training as needed.
• Support the HR Manager with department projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
• Previous Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and employee relations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
• Comfortable working with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Blow Molded Specialties, Inc. is looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our Quality team!

⭐ CHOOSE YOUR SHIFT!

☀️ DAY SHIFT
📅 Friday – Sunday
⏰ 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

🌙 NIGHT SHIFT
📅 Friday – Sunday
⏰ 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

💪 3 Days a Week | 36 Hours Worked | Get Paid for 40 Hours!

🔍 WHAT YOU'LL DO:

✅ Perform first-piece, in-process & final inspections
✅ Inspect products for customer specifications and quality standards
✅ Perform dimensional, visual & functional inspections
✅ Use calipers, micrometers, gauges and other inspection equipment
✅ Monitor production processes for quality
✅ Identify and communicate quality concerns
✅ Help resolve quality issues and reduce scrap
✅ Complete inspection records and quality documentation
✅ Verify product labeling and packaging
✅ Identify, segregate and document nonconforming material
✅ Support corrective actions and continuous improvement
✅ Work closely with Production, Maintenance & Quality teams

👀 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2–5 years of quality inspection experience preferred
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Plastic blow molding or injection molding experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and specifications
• Experience using calipers, micrometers and other measuring equipment
• Basic understanding of SPC and quality inspection methods
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound quality decisions
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

✅ Move finished goods from production to the warehouse
✅ Supply production with raw materials to keep the presses running
✅ Return materials to the warehouse after production runs
✅ Perform cycle counts and inventory tasks
✅ Help with reclaiming inserts
✅ Maintain a clean, organized warehouse
✅ Keep aisles clear and products properly stored
✅ Repackage damaged materials and keep floors and work areas clean
✅ Work safely and efficiently while meeting production needs

👀 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• High school diploma preferred
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to work independently
• Strong sense of urgency and dependability
• Good attendance is important
• Ability to lift up to approximately 50 lbs.
• Forklift/warehouse equipment experience is a plus!

✅ Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, Material Handling & Production

👀 What We're Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of manufacturing/production experience
• 1–3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of production processes, quality and safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or GED required
