The HerkulesGroup has just completed a strategy meeting at the Ford City PA manufacturing plant. The goal was to improve communication and efficiency across all of our engineering facilities. In addition, the future production setup of the plant was discussed with a view to maximizing efficiency with regard to logistics and assembly processes.
The focus was on the fastest possible response times for our customers' engineering requests and on increasing our production output to speed up machine production and provide immediate assistance in emergency situations at the customer's premises. Many thanks to everyone involved for their dedication and commitment to progress!

Heavy duty fabricated part for the Steel-Industry

Herkules USA has a large machine shop with lathes, grinding machines, HBMs and big bridge mills which are able to machine parts with more than 200 t weight and tight tolerances. Right now, we are machining a big chute (205” x 120” x 140”) for a supplier of the steel industry with our WaldrichSiegen bridge mill which has a twin-table and a lot of different spindle units for various applications.
