At North State Gas Service, we want to take every precaution necessary in order to "flatten the curve" of the COVID-19 virus by limiting physical person- to- person interactions.
Effective immediately, we will no longer allow our employees to enter the homes or businesses of any of our clients unless it is an emergency situation. We would also like to ask that our customers AVOID COMING TO OUR OFFICE LOCATIONS and contact us via email or phone in order to conduct business. We offer online bill pay and online gas orders via the use of our customer portal, which may be found on our website at www.northstategas.com. This would be a great opportunity to utilize your customer portal on our website if you've never had a chance to do so in the past.
While it is not practical to completely shut down our operation, we would like to implement the aforementioned precautionary measures in order to ensure we are doing everything possible to help slow down the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
Also, please remember that we are still committed to providing you with the same reliable service you have been accustomed to while we try to do our best to prevent possible exposures. As always, thank you for your business!
