Time to catch our breath after a busy few months. Most recent project was a roof replacement enabling which included new engineered roof rails to support the unit as well as upgrading the duct work pe*******on enclosure. Made some minor cosmetic improvements as well to take this unit to the next level to go along with a brand new roof! Enjoy the before and after collage!

Catching up after a busy month of April between service calls, scheduled maintenances, and renovation projects, the largest of which being highlighted here.

One of our clients needed assistance facilitating a roof replacement at one of their commercial properties. After coordination with the roofing company, we settled on a one week timeline where over the first weekend we would decommission all of the rooftop equipment, lift the units off of the roof and store them on site so that the rooftop equipment could be replaced during the week. Afterwards, we would come back the following weekend, lift the units back onto the roof, and install new copper refrigerant lines, insulation, and all new electrical feeds.

The project went off without a hitch and the customer now has a proper roofing system as well as a higher installation standard for their HVAC equipment.

One of the offices for a commercial property that we handle had the blower motor lock up last week. We were able to source the motor and provide replacement with less than 24 hours of downtime for the office.
