Heavy earthwork is on going at the Canyata Golf Club Member Cabins & Restaurant!

Utilities and irrigation system relocation started today and once completed, we will start the underground work on the building pads.

We have been selected as the General Contractor for The Member Cottages & Dining Hall at the Canyata Golf Club in Marshall, Illinois.

Phase 1 of this multi-phase project will include 8 Luxury Member Cottages as well as a Dining Hall featuring a Restaurant with a full commercial kitchen.

The Canyata Golf Club is one of the most exclusive golf clubs in the United States as well as a Top 50 course nationally making this a truly unique project. We look forward to the opportunity to bring first class Lodging and Amenities to club’s members!

We were on site with the project development team this week at our Marriott Residence Inn in Tempe, Arizona.

This 111 room, 5 story property is our third hotel development in the Phoenix metro area with our long time partners Anderson Capital Partners.

We are under way on the golf cart storage and operations building at the Canyata Golf Club in Marshall, Illinois. Excavation for the service road has been completed as well as the concrete coring for the building piers.

This is the first of a multi building, multi phase project that will completely reshape the amenities of one of the top 50 golf courses in the United States. This is a truly unique one-of-one project and we will have much more to come!

We’re getting on the home stretch at the Marriott Fairfield Inn at the Emerald Acres Sports Complex in Mattoon!

All guest room FF&E is installed, the elevators have been completed and we’re down to the corridors and first floor finishes.

Despite battling tough winter conditions, we’ve managed to complete the heavy earthwork as well as the building pad at The Pointe at Pontiac Memory Care Facility in Pontiac, Illinois.

We will be implementing ground heaters and will begin under slab utility work next week.

Located adjacent to the Scheels Sports Park, this hotel was officially opened earlier this week and is now accepting guest reservations!

Presenting our newest Memory Care Facility Addition: Evergreen Legacy Memory Care Facility located in Decatur-Mt.Zion. We have completed construction on this 20 unit addition to our existing facility and are currently accepting new residents!
