It’s hot outside and we just can’t keep up with the demand! We are looking to hire more HVAC mechanics/installers.

Requirements:
-Valid Driver’s License
-Drug Free
-Positive attitude
-Self motivated

Job duties will consist of:
-Installing air handler’s, furnaces, package units & A/C units
- working with Freon both R-22 & R-410A
- working in attics, crawl spaces & roof tops
- working with sheet metal
- installing ductwork (metal & flex)
- using torches
- working with both high voltage and low voltage wiring
- working with fiberglass insulation

Experience is preferred and will be required to complete some of the job duties listed above. We will offer competitive pay for experienced mechanics that are efficient at their job. Pay will be based off of knowledge and on the job experience.

We will also consider hiring someone with zero experience if you are wanting to learn a trade, self motivated and mechanically inclined.

We are looking to hire one or two new service technicians at Etheridge Htg. & Air. We are wanting service technicians that have at least two years of field experience and hold an EPA certification. The applicant must be able to pass random drug screens, background checks and have a valid drivers license with a clean driving history. The applicant must also be willing and able to work overtime hours and be on call on weekends (on rotation). We are looking to hire more HVAC Installers and possibly a Service Technician . We are looking for people with experience installing systems and that can handle the responsibilities that come with a lead installer position. In the field experience is required along with a valid/clean drivers license and being able to pass random drug screening. We also offer overtime pay, health insurance, paid vacation time and a company vehicle. We guarantee our employees a minimum of 40 hours a week.
