☀️ Roofing Through the Heat — Protecting More Than Just the Roof

Another quality roof project completed for the Lunceford family in Haubstadt, and the extreme heat definitely makes for some tough working conditions.

This home also has extensive, well-maintained landscaping surrounding it, so protecting the property is just as important as installing the new roof. Before the tear-off begins, we take the extra time to protect landscaping, siding, windows, concrete, and other areas around the home from falling shingles, nails, and debris.

A quality roofing job isn’t just about how the roof looks when we’re finished—it’s about taking care of the entire property from start to finish.

Phase one of the Gibson County Highway Department is underway. This space is being converted to offices with a mezzanine to maximize storage above. The second phase will consist of an addition to the shop area.

The Indiana Sheriff's Association is proud to recognize Chris George of Caliber Construction & Interiors as an ISA Corporate Business Member.

Gibson County Sheriff Bruce Vanoven presented Mr. George with his ISA Corporate Business Membership plaque in recognition of Caliber Construction & Interiors' support of the Association and Indiana's law enforcement community.

There’s something special about handing over the keys to a new home. We are behind on posting projects but trying to catch up.

This project is located in Owensville for the Jochim family. It features incredible concrete and stone work, Fehrenbacher Cabinets and also their custom closets, an exercise room, three cultured marble custom showers, a really sweet safe room (that we aren’t allowed to show), Wolf appliances, wall heaters and electronic drop down screens for the back porch, wormy maple trim package from Wood Specialties by Fehrenbacher, and a custom Midwest Iron front door that makes an unforgettable first impression.

This project began by carefully removing the existing home while preserving the original basement- a part of the property that held sentimental value to our customer because it was the home their grandparents built. Being able to honor that family history while creating their new home was important to us.

Thank you to Niehaus Lumber, Home Design Group, Inspire Design, Fehrenbacher Cabinets, and Wood Specialties by Fehrenbacher for helping bring this vision to life.

It’s been a long couple day for many families in our community. We’ve spent today assessing tornado damage and helping property owners understand the scope of repairs needed.
