We have signed an agreement to acquire Valve Research & Manufacturing Company (VRM), a Florida-based manufacturer of high-precision flow control valves for aerospace applications.

This acquisition adds precision electromagnetic valve solutions to our comprehensive aerospace controls capabilities and enables new growth opportunities across commercial and defense programs, including next-generation aircraft.

Founded over 50 years ago by engineer Paul L. Cruz, VRM's approximately 130 employees bring deep expertise in flow control technologies trusted by leading aerospace OEMs. We look forward to welcoming them to Woodward.
