This month, Dohn Construction is celebrating 34 years, so we're digging into the archives for a few throwbacks.

Dohn looked a little different in the early days. The team was smaller, the photos weren't quite as high resolution, and the way we worked looked a little different too. Plans lived on paper, bids came through the fax machine, and a "cloud" was just something you hoped wouldn't rain on the jobsite.

One of our favorite finds from the archives? A photo of our COO, Stephanie Dohn, on a Dohn jobsite in 1993 at just 10 years old. So when we say she's been around the company for a while, we mean it. 😉

Take a closer look at the sign and you'll also spot Dohn's original tagline: "Committed to Quality." Different wording, same idea that's carried through the years.

Those early years helped lay the groundwork for the company we've become today.
