Big check day might just be our favorite day!

After all the planning, fundraising, and support that goes into the Dohn Charity Golf Tournament, getting to present the final donation to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County is a pretty special way to wrap it all up.

We’re proud to support the work they do for kids and families in our community and grateful to everyone who helped make this year’s tournament such a success.

Over the past three years, Dallas has brought hard work, reliability, and a strong work ethic to the field, helping support our project teams and keep work moving forward.

We appreciate everything Dallas brings to Dohn and are glad to celebrate three years with him!

Our team had a great day at Construction Con last week!

We enjoyed meeting students, sharing more about the construction industry, and giving them a hands-on look at some of the skills and problem-solving that go into building a project.

It’s always exciting to see students get curious about construction and the many different career paths available in our industry.

Last week, Dohn team members Austyn Jones, Connor Irey, and Rachael Graham attended the District 6 CTE Center’s Industry Advisors Luncheon in Greeley.

They were invited to share their experience and provide feedback on the Center’s new M.E.P. Construction Pathway, which includes Aims Community College concurrent enrollment courses in carpentry and construction management.

We’re always glad to have opportunities to support construction education, share industry perspective, and help prepare students for careers in the trades and construction industry.

Happy 1-year anniversary to Superintendent Gregg Holcomb!

Over the past year, he’s brought his experience, leadership, and steady presence to the field, helping keep projects moving and teams working together.

We appreciate everything Gregg brings to Dohn and are glad to have him back on the team!

Thanks to the incredible support of our sponsors, players, and volunteers, the 2026 Dohn Charity Golf Tournament raised $45,654 for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County, making it our most successful tournament yet.

We’re incredibly proud of what this event has grown into and grateful to everyone who helped make it possible. Your support helps us give back to an organization doing such important work for kids and families in our community.

Thank you for making this year’s tournament one to remember!

Today, we're celebrating seven years with Neal Gilmour!

Neal is someone our team can count on to step in, find a solution, and help get things done. Over the past seven years, his experience, leadership, and commitment to Dohn have made an impact across our projects, field operations, and team.

Thank you, Neal, for everything you do and for seven great years with Dohn!

It all started over Labor Day weekend in 1992.

That weekend, Doug and Connie Dohn made the decision to start Dohn Construction. Thirty-four years later, that decision has grown into the company and team we know today.

Over the years, Doug and Connie have built Dohn around more than the projects we construct. Their commitment to doing business the right way, building lasting relationships, and taking care of the people around them helped establish the foundation for who we are today and what it means to be Quality Built on Trust.

Today, we're proud to celebrate 34 years of Dohn Construction and the two people who started it all.

Happy 34th anniversary, Doug and Connie, and thank you for everything you've built along the way!

Today marks 34 years of Dohn Construction.

Since September 22, 1992, we’ve had the opportunity to build projects, relationships, and a company we’re incredibly proud of. Over the past 34 years, Dohn has grown through the trust of our clients and partners, the dedication of our team members, and the many communities that have welcomed us.

Reaching 34 years is something we’re extremely proud to celebrate, and even more grateful to share with everyone who has been part of the journey along the way.

Happy Anniversary, Dohn Construction!
