Jensen Builders, Ltd. is proud to announce the successful completion of a 18,000 SF Chief pre-engineered metal building for Sternquist Construction.

🏢 Office Space: 2,600 SF with a mezzanine designed for future expansion – planning ahead for growth.
🔧 Shop Areas: Remaining space includes storage, a mechanics shop, and a full-length wash bay for maximum efficiency.
🎯 Design Goal: Our customer wanted a clean, modern, industrial vibe — and we nailed it!

We’re proud to highlight the successful completion of the Iowa Central Learning Center for Iowa Central Community College!

Jensen Builders Ltd. delivered this 23,400 SF, state-of-the-art, two-story facility under a Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) contract. Featuring 16 classrooms, the center brings together programs and services that were previously spread across four different locations—creating a central hub for student learning, workforce training, and community partnerships.
