Chris Anthony, Northwest Region Field Operations Manager
Chris grew up in Northwest Iowa, and moved to the Ames area in the early 90's. He spent the beginning of his career working for a major chemical company for 26 years, before joining Woodruff as a Safety Specialist in 2024. Chris moved into the field operations role in 2025 up in Spencer, which he said is his biggest accomplishment here.
Some of his favorite things to do in his role are getting out to all the jobsites and seeing what is being accomplished by the field employees on each project. His goals are to continue to grow in his current role to help mentor and develop future leaders in the industry.
His top Core Value is "Service to Others" because he enjoys using his skills and resources to benefit others.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his three kids, two grandkids, doing activities such as fishing, boating or building things.
