This week offered another wonderful example as Chairman’s Circle, Trustee Plus, and Trustee members gathered for a first-class reception at the beautiful Ibis Sky Lounge at the Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel. The event was co-hosted by the Omni and the Museum of Discovery and Science (MODS).

The evening featured Shane Strum, President and CEO of Broward Health and Interim CEO of Memorial Healthcare System, as the guest speaker. Debbie had the pleasure of joining Shane for a fireside chat about Better Together—the collaboration among Broward Health, Memorial Healthcare System, and Nicklaus Children’s Hospital—and how this important initiative is helping save more lives while strengthening Broward County’s economy.
