Let's be honest. "Tomorrow" is rarely about time. Most of the time, it is fear dressed up as a good reason.
Here is what is actually happening while you wait. Your idea is not paused. It is depreciating. While it sits safe in your head, someone with a worse version is already shipping theirs and learning everything you are still guessing at. The cost never shows up on an invoice, which is exactly why it is so easy to ignore.
And here is the part we don't like to admit. You keep telling yourself you will start when you are ready. You are not waiting to be ready. You are waiting to stop being scared. That day never comes.
Fear does not shrink because you thought about it longer. It shrinks the moment you move. Thinking feeds it. Motion starves it.
So you are not stuck. You are over-scoped. The thing in your head is too big, so your mind keeps filing it under later.
Shrink it.
Building an app? Do not build the MVP yet. Validate first. Write the promise in one line, put it on a landing page, send it to 10 people who have the problem. If they react, you build. If they do not, you just saved yourself months.
Building an AI course? Do not record 40 lessons. Research first. Ask 10 people what they are actually stuck on, then pre-sell the outline before you film a single thing.
Organizing a tech event? Forget the venue and the lineup. Message 10 people and ask if they would show up on a set date. No yeses, no event.
You do not need the whole staircase. You need the first stair. One email. One page. One ugly first try.
Move first. Clarity follows. It never leads.
