I will stop taking service calls for today at noon. The temperature supposed to be a little cooler than I am going to spend the afternoon with and take my wife out to dinner so that we can reconnect after about three weeks ago not being home while I’ve been out fixing air conditioners at all hours of the day and night.

I don’t know what to tell you guys, but the m**h heads are at it, in the last couple of weeks I’ve been to three locations with thousands and thousands of dollars worth of damage was done to air-conditioning equipment so that probably less than $100 worth of scrap could be stolen. It’s happened at vacant properties and at commercial properties so if your commercial property on her, I would have a camera. Even if you’re going to be out of town, I would do the same thing. This is just disgusting.

we have had a lot of cottonwood this year, so make sure you’re outdoor air conditioner is clean, just hose it off. Also check that filter. It’s gonna be a hot one. We will have very limited service available on the holiday weekend so if you’re having problems I suggest you call now they never fix themselves

all right, my friend you’ve had that furnace off for a few days and now it’s going to want to run for hours and hours and hours. If you’re one of those people to change your filter in November and think it’s OK now, it’s probably not in your Furnace is going to give you a problem check that filter.

We’re gonna have some really cold weather folks, make sure your filter is clean a dirty filter, combined with long run time will cause your furnished to malfunction, even if it wasn’t doing it in the more mild weather
