Today our AME team came together to celebrate the season, our people, and the meaningful work we share.

We kicked things off with a joyful Crane Christmas Breakfast this morning, a great time of fellowship, gratitude, and connection with our amazing team.

We also gathered for a festive Christmas Eve lunch at our Fort Mill location, celebrating the spirit of teamwork and the relationships that make AME so special.

Finally, we had the honor of celebrating the retirement of Patti. A valued member of our AME family whose dedication, heart, and years of service have made a lasting impact. Patti, thank you for everything you’ve poured into this organization. We are so grateful and wish you all the best in this next chapter.

A few weeks ago we had the privilege to celebrate the Adult Enrichment Center as they celebrate 40 years of service.

For four decades, AEC has provided high-quality, person-centered programs for adults of all abilities, including adult day health care, cognitive and memory support, inclusive arts programs, and accessible transportation. Their work strengthens families and enhances quality of life across our community.

We are proud to be one of their partners and to support their mission as they continue making a meaningful impact.

Today we’re proud to recognize Marvin, our General Manager of the Crane Division, for reaching an incredible 10 years with AME.

Marvin has been a steady leader, problem-solver, and mentor across our team. His commitment to safety, his industry knowledge, and his ability to keep projects moving efficiently have played a huge role in the growth of our crane division.

This morning, our team had the privilege of visiting Daniel Morgan Technology Center. We’re incredibly grateful for the tour and the chance to learn more about the innovative programs shaping the next generation of skilled professionals.

Seeing firsthand how DMTC equips students with real-world experience, technical knowledge, and confidence for their future careers was truly inspiring. Their commitment to student success is making a meaningful impact in our community.

Demolition and excavation is well underway as AME conquered the concrete giant “The Titanic” that is making way for a new slotted foundation. AME has proudly completed six other foundations at this site this month continuing our tradition of quality, craftsmanship, and commitment to excellence.
