Overview
• We will train you to do this.
• Develop new business relationships with building owners, property managers, and tenants to gain the opportunity to provide mechanical services in their facilities.
• Typical facility types would include: Industrial, manufacturing, distribution, office, religious and other qualified facilities.
• Typical decision makers contacted would be owners, general managers, office managers, facility engineers, and property managers.
• This individual will be responsible for creating new sales within an assigned territory, by finding new customer opportunities through aggressive prospecting.
Responsibilities
• Effectively perform equipment surveys, creates sales proposals and presentations. Works with sales manager and service dispatchers as needed to obtain the sale.
• Aggressively prospect for new business.
• Properly qualify and match each potential client to TEAM’s desired customer profile.
• Maintain accurate and thorough sales database; including activity reports, quote reports, sales reports, and forecast reports.
• Participate in civic and professional organizations to build a network of contacts to advance achievement of sales targets.
• Actively participate in sales department meetings, workshops and seminars. Keeps current on market business and product trends.
• Continue to self-educate for industry knowledge and acquire deeper selling and technical skills.
• Maintain professional appearance.
• Own a vehicle that is less 5 years old or less.
Qualifications Include
• Bachelor’s Degree (directly related work experience will also be considered)
• At least 3+ years of Business to Business sales is plus but not required
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, energetic, and determined attitude
• Well organized

• Clean driving record
• Pass criminal back ground check and drug screening
