Job Title: HVAC Installer
Location: Fort Morgan
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive – ($18 - $30 / hr) Based on Experience

About Us:

We take pride in delivering exceptional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions to residential and commercial clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated and skilled HVAC Installers to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings
Perform system start-ups and testing to ensure proper operation
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer instructions
Work with a team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as needed

Qualifications:
Previous HVAC installation experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
EPA certification is a plus
Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation procedures
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
