Our Story

M.A.B. Homes is uniquely qualified to build your home. We are a local custom home builder with roots that go deep in Southwest Florida.

Our president, Mark Barriball, has over 15 years of experience in the custom home building industry on the islands of Sanibel and Captiva, as well as the surrounding coastal areas of Naples, Bonita Springs, and Fort Myers. A graduate of the University of Florida College of Design, Construction, and Planning, he brings a full understanding of all facets of the building process, including architecture, design, engineering, and building.

Mark was born and raised in Southwest Florida. He not only knows the region but is invested in it. The same can be said for the architects, engineers, interior designers, and other professional partners with whom we collaborate.

We understand that trust is one of the most important considerations when choosing a builder for your new home. You should know that transparency is the foundation of our process. It speaks to the passion we incorporate into our work. We also believe in establishing long-term relationships with our clients. Some even become like family.
