This system has been cooling a Southwest Florida home for a quarter century, and it's no accident. Year after year of routine maintenance (clean coils, checked electrical, cleared drain lines, and catching small problems before they turn into big ones) is what keeps a unit like this going long past the "average lifespan" you'll hear quoted.
A lot of homeowners get told their system is "due" for replacement at 10–12 years, just because of its age. We don't see it that way. Your AC is a big investment, and our job is to protect it, not to sell you a new one every decade.
When it truly is time to replace, we'll tell you honestly. Until then, we'll do everything we can to keep what you already own running efficiently.
That's the difference with a locally and family-owned company. We're your neighbors here in Fort Myers, and we treat your home and your wallet like they're our own.
📞 Not sure if your system really needs replacing? Call us for a second opinion before you spend thousands.

Messages like this are why we do what we do. 💙

We're a family business, and yes, we work hard to provide for our families. But we've never believed this job is only about the money. When you invite us into your home, we treat you the way we'd want our own family treated. That means being honest, working with you on what fits your budget, and being a phone call away long after the job is done.

For 20 years, this business has been built on trust and relationships, one handshake and one home at a time. We're grateful for every customer who has trusted us, and we hope to keep earning that trust for another 20 years and beyond.

Thank you, Mike, for the kind words, and a big shoutout to Tyler for taking such great care of this family! 🙌

🚨 We get asked all the time… “Why is bi-annual maintenance so important?” 🚨

Here’s your answer. 👇
This drain line was completely clogged with slime and debris, causing the system to back up and putting the home or business at risk for water damage and ceiling leaks.

At Extreme Temp, we believe preventative maintenance saves you money in the long run. A maintenance agreement is only $169 per year, while an emergency service visit can start at $200+, and that’s before additional cleaning or repairs.

Just like you wouldn’t wait for your car’s engine to blow up before changing the oil, don’t wait for your AC system to flood your home or business before having it serviced.

Regular maintenance helps keep your system:
✅ Draining properly
✅ Running efficiently
✅ Cooling at factory specs
✅ Lasting longer
✅ Helping prevent costly breakdowns

Taking your comfort to the extreme. ❄️🔥
📞 Call Extreme Temp Air Conditioning today to get your system on a maintenance agreement before small issues become expensive repairs.
