We are excited to see construction moving forward on the new Hampton Inn by Hilton at Gulf Coast Town Center in south Fort Myers. Congratulations to the entire project team and Vision Hospitality Group on breaking ground on this exciting addition to the area.
Morris-Depew Associates is proud to have played a key role in helping bring this project to life, with our Civil Engineering team leading the effort to secure Development Order approval for the new 115-room hotel. This project is another great example of the continued growth and investment happening along the I-75/Alico Road corridor and within Gulf Coast Town Center.
