Congratulations to Foxtail Coffee on their grand opening at Latimer Crossing! Our team was honored to help construct this new space, which marks the first commercial tenant within The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers. This development was designed to bring new amenities, opportunities, and convenience to the growing community.

It's exciting to see this vision become reality and watch Latimer Crossing continue to take shape.

Chris-Tel Construction was honored to help bring the Westin Cape Coral Conference Center to life. This was a landmark project designed to expand Southwest Florida's hospitality industry, attract visitors, and create new opportunities for the local economy.

Featuring a 35,000-square-foot ballroom, waterfront event space, and accommodations for up to 1,700 guests, this facility continues to serve as a destination for gatherings large and small.
