It has been our honor and pleasure to serve as the construction manager of FineMark Bank's new Fort Myers headquarters. Stevens Construction has completed the three-story, 60,000 square-foot, tilt-wall building with exquisite interiors such as custom millwork, tray ceilings, white oak trim, custom lighting and glass mosaic tile.

Situated on six acres, FineMark features a soaring 30-foot high lobby adorned with white oak and tile ascending to the ceiling, pendent chandeliers, artwork and porcelain tile. Offering a convenient and protected entrance, the porte-cochere includes roof pavers which provide a pleasing view from the second and third floors.

Stevens Construction provided preconstruction services for twelve months prior to construction starting in October of 2019 which included site and design team selection. Additionally, Stevens Construction worked with FineMark and the design team providing cost-saving recommendations, constructability reviews, and budget estimating to ensure the project remained on budget and on schedule.

Our Orlando team is underway with an AHCA-licensed interior renovation for Aspire Health Partners' Access Center.

Stevens Construction is providing a 5,360-square-foot renovation within the existing facility to allow for better social distancing as patients begin their screening services within the community mental health center.

Delivering the project with a fast-track schedule, Stevens Construction is building eight new, expansive patient bays, a nurse station and additional support areas. Stevens Construction is performing the project while the Aspire Health Access Center remains occupied, operational and continues to serve the community.

Stevens Construction is pleased to announce the promotion of Shane Sindledecker to special projects manager! With fifteen years of experience, Shane has been a vital team member since 2018 providing exceptional service and quality as a superintendent to clients such as Bonita Springs Utilities, Legacy Dental Studio and Elmquist Eye Group.

As special projects manager, Shane is responsible for the financial components of Stevens Construction's special projects team while managing subcontractor relations and ensuring quality control.

Stevens Construction launched the special projects division in SWFL in 2018 to serve projects ranging $300,000 and under. Special projects include tenant improvements, additions, renovations, repairs and specialty projects.
