Before & After: Sanctuary Golf Villages, Sanibel 🌴

These buildings went from dated cream and tan to a crisp, coastal white and the difference from the street is night and day.

Sanibel is about as tough an environment as it gets for exterior coatings. Salt air, sun, and driving rain go after stucco and paint year-round, so the prep matters as much as the paint. Our crews pressure washed, made repairs, masked every window and rail, and worked the elevations with lifts right down through the columns, soffits, and under-building parking areas that most people never think about, but residents see every single day.

Yesterday was all about learning, connecting, and strengthening relationships!

We were grateful to host 157 attendees for our educational webinar with Alliant Property Management, LLC, where we shared insights on protecting Southwest Florida communities through impact windows and doors.👩‍💻

Afterward, we headed to the golf course for our Par Then Bar networking event, enjoying great conversations, friendly competition, and time with an incredible group of community managers and industry partners.🏌️

Another coastal restoration complete. 🌊⚠️McLeod's recently waterproofed this elevated catwalk on Marco Island, protecting the building and the residents who rely on it every day.

What the project involved:
🔹 A multi-coat waterproof traffic coating across the entire catwalk.
🔹 A new expansion joint system to manage building movement and keep water out at the joints.
🔹 Concrete and stucco repairs along the catwalk edges where water had taken its toll.

This Memorial Day weekend, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. 🇺🇸

We are deeply grateful to our Veterans, active military members, and their families for their courage, service, and sacrifice. Their dedication is the reason we enjoy the freedoms we have today.
