🚧 FROM UNSUITABLE SOILS TO A FINISHED PROJECT. 🚧

The transformation in these photos goes far beyond what meets the eye.

The “before” photo captures one of the most challenging phases of this project in Panama City. To create a stable foundation, we had to remove significant amounts of unsuitable soils beneath critical structural areas, perform a major dewatering operation, import and compact structural fill, install geogrid reinforcement, and bring the entire site back to grade.

The “after” photo shows the finished 7 Brew, but the real success of this project was built below the surface. Every load of soil removed, every foot of geogrid installed, and every detail of site preparation played a role in ensuring a long-lasting, high-quality finished product.

We’re excited to be wrapping up another Seven Brew Coffee project — this time in Panama City at the MLK location. ☕

This has been our largest Seven Brew project to date, with some of the most extensive earthwork we’ve managed on a site like this. From navigating unsuitable soils to installing geogrid stabilization, this job required a high level of coordination and attention to detail.

Challenging sites are where great teams shine, and our crews have done an incredible job pushing this one toward the finish line. 👷‍♂️

We’re looking forward to turning this project over to ownership soon, so they can get to work doing what they do best — serving great coffee to the Panama City community.

🚀 Another one dropped!
Last Wednesday we set another 7 Brew building down — this time in Spring Hill, FL — and the team absolutely crushed it. Watching these modular stands come together never gets old… it’s like watching progress land right out of the sky. ☕️🏗️

Big thank you to our crew and trade partners who show up every day ready to roll. These drops only happen because everyone hits their mark, communicates, and works as one team.

And this is just the beginning.
We’ve got more drops scheduled across Florida — Spring Hill, Pensacola, Pace, Jacksonville… the momentum is real.

Another 7 Brew officially open in Pensacola! ☕
This one’s off Ninth Avenue, and we wrapped it up back in October — a little late on the post, but we’re still fired up about it.

Huge shoutout to our team, our subs, and everyone who had a hand in bringing this stand to life. Precision sitework, MEPS, building drop, utilities, inspections — the whole nine.

And the best part?
