RDJ Construction was proud to attend Florida Gulf Coast University’s Construction Management Capstone Project Presentations and Hard Hat Ceremony. Events like these highlight the innovation, teamwork, and dedication that are shaping the future of the construction industry.

Our Vice President, Matthew Johnson, had the honor of serving as a judge and continues to support student development as a member of the Executive Committee of the Construction Management Board. His involvement reflects RDJ’s commitment to mentoring future industry professionals and staying engaged within our local community.

We are especially proud of our own team member, Sierra Gilbert, who participated in this year’s presentations. Sierra’s involvement showcases the value of collaboration, leadership, and hands-on learning that are essential to success in construction management.
Congratulations to Sierra and all of the students for their hard work, creativity, and outstanding teamwork throughout the capstone process. We look forward to seeing the impact these future leaders will make in our industry.

As we celebrate Women in Construction Month and reflect on Women in Construction Week, RDJ Construction is proud to recognize the talented women who help drive our success.

We’re excited to spotlight Sierra Gilbert, one of our dedicated Project Manager Assistants. Sierra began her journey with RDJ as an intern and, since May 2024, has grown into her role supporting complex and high-impact projects. She has contributed to a variety of extensive and challenging projects, working closely alongside our Vice President and playing a key role in projects at NCH. Her growth, commitment, and ability to take on demanding work make her an invaluable part of our team.

🚧 Project Complete | NCH Downtown Baker Campus

RDJ Construction is proud to share the completion of Phase 2 of the Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH Baker Hospital Radiology Department Renovation. This project included an impressive new NucMed Suite Equipped with two GE NucMed Machines, and Eight Bay PACU, and expansion of their IVR Room. —check out the photos to see the details come together.
