Hello family, friends, customers, and community:

As some of you may already know, in July 2021 we lost our President and patriarch, Rusty Miller. He passed peacefully—for which we give thanks—yet far, far too soon.

Rusty was rightfully proud of the business he ran, the service that he offered the community, and the reputation of his business and team.

Bruce Miller Air Conditioning (BMAC) began with the work of Russ Miller in 1960, and in 1984 was incorporated in its current form by his son, Bruce Miller. When Bruce retired, Rusty stepped into the leadership role at BMAC, continuing the successful operation of his father’s business and making it his own.

In this tradition of passing the torch from father to son, we are proud to confirm that Rusty’s sons and daughters are stepping forward to continue the family business. The last few months have thrown several more challenges at us, all of which we are grateful to have overcome. We thank everyone for their patience, understanding, and loyalty, especially our team, Ken and Ray. With their support and yours, Bruce Miller Air Conditioning will continue to serve our community with integrity, efficiency, respect, and gratitude.

Unfortunate circumstances have caused us to move out of the office we’ve had since 1984, but you can still reach us at the same phone number (239.466.6776).

On behalf of the new generation—Jordan, Paige, Whitney, and myself (Rachel)—thank you again, and we hope that you’ll reach out and allow us the opportunity to be at your service.

Ray came to my home to fix my package unit which wasn't cooling my house at all. He did a walk through checking out vents and returns, then went outside to see the unit itself.
He went right to the problem first thing, he didn't even have to take the unit apart! Turns out the meters showed the unit was grossly overcharged. Ray let some of the pressure out and presto, the unit started cooling. I am so grateful to Ray and this Company!!!!!!!!!!!!
