We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of one of the St. Lucie County Fire District's firefighters. Such a tragedy beyond words. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and fellow firefighters.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the loss of one of our own.

Today, we mourn the passing of a dedicated firefighter, a valued member of the St. Lucie County Fire District family, a loving son and brother, and a friend to many.

We ask that you keep his family, friends, and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. We are grateful for his service, his dedication, and the impact he had on those around him.

As we mourn this loss, we remain committed to serving our community with the same dedication and sense of purpose that define the fire service.

Rest easy, Brother. Your service, dedication, and friendship will never be forgotten. You will always remain a member of the St. Lucie County Fire District family.

We recently got a call from a woman who helps clean up an area near a local preserve with several gopher tortoise burrows. Sadly, it has become a dumping ground for trash and large items.

She asked if we could help move a heavy rug that had been dumped there. Not a typical request we receive, but she knew us from the Lagoon Cleanup we hosted last November and was having trouble getting anyone to show up.

Shout out to one of our Project Managers, Jim, who volunteered to help remove it. While there, we also found several tires, an ottoman, and a broken chair that had been dumped nearby.

Just a reminder to keep an eye out for the undeveloped land and wildlife affected by careless dumping. These areas deserve better.

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

We honor their sacrifice and the families who carry their memory forward.

Work continues at Holy Family Vet. The landscaping is now in place and starting to bring the site together.

Next up is pavement as crews continue moving through the final phases of the project.

Happy Mother's Day to all the new moms, the moms who have young kids or grown kids, and the moms who are no longer with us but their lessons, strength, and love still live on through the people they raised and the lives they touched.

We hope today brings good memories, time with family, and a moment to feel appreciated.

The groundbreaking for a new Early Learning Center at St. Clare Catholic School in North Palm Beach happened yesterday. This will be a space for young students to learn, grow, and feel supported from day one.

We’re excited to be part of a project that supports students, families, and the Palm Beach community for years to come.

A couple weekends ago, we attended the Education Foundation of Martin County's Evening of Excellence. This year’s theme was W***y Wonka inspired.

Our very own Director of Marketing, Candace, joined the fun with a look inspired by Veruca Salt, without the "I want it now!" golden egg attitude. She even found a fellow Veruca (see cute picture).

The purpose of the event is to fund local education. The support helps students get more opportunities and gives teachers the tools they need in the classroom.

We love being part of a community that backs its schools and invests in the next generation.

Progress continues to move forward at Independence Classical Academy in Fort Pierce.

We’ve started laying down concrete for the walkways. At the same time, all roofing is now in place across the buildings. That’s a key step that allows us to keep pushing interior work without weather delays.

We're getting closer to a finished, functional campus.
