Remnant Construction is one of the 70 fastest-growing construction companies in America in 2026. No. 1294 overall on the 2026 Inc. 5000.

No shortcuts behind this one, just a team that shows up, builds well, and treats everyone like a neighbor, because around here, they usually are.

Thank you to our crews, our trade partners, and the clients who trusted us with their projects. This recognition belongs to all of you.

Onward. 🛠️

Remnant Construction is proud to host a community gathering in support of St. Lucie Public Schools — and we hope you'll join us.

📅 When: Thursday, May 7, 2026| 4:30–6:00 PM

📍 Where: Sailfish Brewing Company, 130 N Second St, Ft. Pierce, FL 34950

The quality of our schools is one of the most powerful economic forces in our community. A strong school district attracts families, supports property values, draws businesses, and signals to the world that St. Lucie County is a place worth investing in. We've worked hard to build something worth protecting — and right now, it needs our support.

The upcoming referendum renewal continues critical funding for:

🏫 School Safety
👩‍🏫 Teacher Pay
🏥 Health Services

These aren't just line items — they're the foundation of a thriving community. When our schools win, we all win.

Come hear from community leaders who are committed to making sure that happens:

Dr. Jon R. Prince, Superintendent, St. Lucie Public Schools
Sheriff Richard Del Toro Jr., St. Lucie County Sheriff
Brandon Nobile, Remnant Construction

Refreshments will be provided. Come ready to connect, learn, and show up for our community.

To donate or learn more before the event, visit www.protectourkidsslc.com.

We hope to see you there.

Today we want to express our most sincere gratitude to Remnant Construction for supporting our project, Dragonfly Sand Play.

Thank you for believing in an idea that comes from the heart: to create a safe, calm, and imaginative space where children—especially those with autism and sensory needs—can explore, learn, and enjoy through sand play.
At Dragonfly Sand Play, we are building much more than just a place to play. We are creating a space where children can:
develop their sensory skills
strengthen their creativity
find calm and emotional regulation
simply be children in a safe and welcoming environment

The support of businesses in our community makes it possible for projects like this to become a reality.

🙏 Thank you, Remnant Construction, for helping build dreams and supporting the children in our community.Remnant Construction, LLC

Join the EDC as we honor our Pete Hegener Leadership Award nominees on April 30 at Harbour Ridge Yacht & Country Club. Time is running out to secure tickets to the area's best awards event: https://youredc.com/calendar/details/2026-pete-hegener-leadership-award-dinner

We've been profiling our 12 awesome nominees, each deserving of our thanks and recognition for all they do for our St. Lucie County community.

Brandon Nobile attended St. Lucie County schools and earned a degree in Building Construction Technology from Indian River State College. He began his construction career working on a new school for the district.

In 2017, he co-founded Remnant Construction, LLC, a firm specializing in public and private construction management on the Treasure Coast. Since then, his professional leadership and civic engagement have made significant contributions to the county’s economic vitality, workforce pipeline and quality of life.

Remnant Construction employs 32 professionals and has grown at an annualized rate of 37% since its founding. They’ve added $300 million of construction value to the county, including the new Legacy and Westwood high schools.

As the company's CEO, Brandon is a thoughtful leader, passionate about mentoring and guiding others. He prioritizes the development of local talent and strengthening the community is at the heart of his work. He is also a natural connector, bringing people and businesses together and seeking innovative solutions that drive positive change. He is dedicated to St. Lucie County, saying that everything he’s built over the years is from resources gathered from this community.

Recognizing what the community has given to him, Brandon is passionate about giving back. Remnant has reinvested 12.5% of its net profits back into the community and has pushed competitors to contribute as well. He is deeply involved with numerous local nonprofits, such as United Against Poverty, the St. Lucie Education Foundation, Guardians for New Futures, the Treasure Coast Center for Economic and Educational Development and others -- with focus on uplifting and supporting underprivileged community members and empowering the next generation.
