✈️ **Could Electric Aircraft Be the Future of Emergency Medical Services?**

BETA Technologies and Metro Aviation recently partnered with Washington County EMS in Texas to test how electric aircraft could support emergency response in rural communities.

Using BETA’s all-electric ALIA aircraft, the demonstration explored transporting disaster-response equipment alongside existing helicopters and ground vehicles.

The test is part of a larger initiative to evaluate how electric aviation could improve access to critical services, expand transportation options, and support future medical operations.

While electric aircraft aren't replacing traditional emergency aviation anytime soon, this successful demonstration marks another step toward integrating new technology into essential aviation services.
