WE ARE HIRING: Field Service Electrical & Mechanical Installer 🛠️⚡
Are you a "hands-on" problem solver who isn't afraid to get a little dirty to get the job done? RB Dakk Automation is looking for a versatile Field Service Installer to join our team!
From modern manufacturing plants to advanced agricultural facilities, we build the systems that keep industry moving. Whether your background is in shop work, hydraulics, or farm maintenance, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Building & Installing: Layout and install industrial machinery, including mounting control panels and pulling wire at customer sites.
• Electrical & Mechanical Work: Perform point-to-point wiring (480V motors/24V controls) and assist with mechanical assembly, including pneumatics and hydraulics.
• System Startup: Help transition machines from "parts on a floor" to fully operational systems.
• Tech Exposure: Work around robotics and PLCs, learning how software and hardware integrate in the field.
What We’re Looking For:
• The Tools: Must own a basic set of hand tools (specialized power/testing gear is provided).
• The Skills: Strong mechanical intuition. Background in industrial or agricultural maintenance is a huge plus!
• The Essentials: Valid driver’s license, professional attitude, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Bonus: Experience with aerial lifts or tow motors is a plus but not required.
