Kyla has been with My HR Pros for 10 months. She is a Staff Accountant, and she manages the day-to-day accounting operations—making sure all money coming in and going out is accurate, recorded properly, and reconciled. She also manages cash activity, process payments, track receivables, and resolves any discrepancies to help keep the financials clean and up to date. She likes the sense of everything balancing at the end. She says it’s kind of satisfying, making sure all the numbers line up and figuring things out when they don’t. She also likes the routine of it—there’s structure, but you still get to solve little problems throughout the day. The people that she works with and around are a huge bonus to the job!

Sweet or salty? Depends on my mood.
Beach or mountains? Both! A vacation home at each would be a dream!!
Plan it out or wing it? Mostly wing it. But there are things that need planned out.
