Before calling an HVAC company, here are a few simple things you can check yourself. You might save yourself a service call!

* If your system has a float switch, check for a clogged condensate drain. A shop vac on the outside drain line can often clear it.
* Check your breakers to make sure the HVAC system hasn’t tripped one.
* Replace the batteries in your thermostat (if it uses them).
* Check and replace your air filter if it’s dirty.
*If your outdoor unit is filled with grass from your last mowing, be sure to grab a hose to wash the outdoor coils.

If you’ve tried these steps and your system still isn’t working properly, it might be time to give us a call.

Lilly has definitely made herself at home in our office. 😍

Just a few days ago, she was cold, soaking wet, and starving in the rain. We couldn’t leave her behind, so we welcomed her into the family.

Now she’s warm, loved, and already taking her job as the future Service Manager very seriously. ❤️🐾
