I want to thank everyone for the kind words about my dad. I always knew what a great guy he was but all of the responses from everyone really reinforces it for me.
I’ve had a lot of people asking about services for him. At his request we have chosen to keep it private for the family.

Today we lost a great man after a long battle with Parkinson’s and dementia. He and mom did a great job of raising the four of us while running two businesses. He taught us to be honest, loyal, hard working adults. We already miss him so much.
The people at St Elizabeth Hospice were awesome. I can’t thank them enough for making a horrible event much easier.

Out with the old and in with the new. We removed this 74 year old, 480,000 Btu boiler from a 10 unit apartment building. It might have been 50% efficient if they were lucky. Replaced it with this Lochinvar, 280,000 Btu, 95% efficient, modulating boiler. This should save the landlord a lot of money in energy bills.

FRIDAY FUN!! Tearing out a 74 year old boiler thats all clogged with soot! So incredibly dirty.

Just finished up installing the PEX piping for a radiant floor heating system. This building is about 130’x45’. We installed approximately 6,000’ of pipe to do the job. After the concrete floor is poured, we will be installing a 97% efficient, modulating boiler to connect to this piping system.

Back in January we shared pics of holes being drilled for vent pipes for coffee roasters. The new roaster came in was was finally installed. And we just recently moved their original roaster into this bigger space. CARABELLO COFFEE Newport Ky. The aroma in this building from the coffee is awesome!

Getting holes drilled today for vent pipes for coffee roasting equipment. A local coffee company is getting an additional roaster. We are preparing to install it as soon as it arrives!!

The hits keep coming!!!
Heads up everyone. We were just informed today by our HVAC supplier that prices are going up again! Residential HVAC equipment is going to see an increase of 10%. 12% for commercial equipment. Sheet metal products (duct work) is going up 25%. These will take effect early January.
If you are considering replacing your HVAC system, now may be the time!!

Today we had had the really BIG crane!!
