Hey Middle Georgia! I’m TJ Gamundi, Owner of Heritage Building Company.

I’m a custom home builder, and after spending the last 7.5 years out in Utah, I’m excited to be back home. I grew up in Perry, and graduated from Perry High School. Since then, I’ve had a passion for anything related to building.

Out in Utah, I had the opportunity to work as a superintendent for a luxury home builder, where I gained hands-on experience in building science, structural systems, and high-performance exterior envelopes. That time really shaped how I approach building today, with a strong focus on quality, durability, and doing things the right way.

I’m grateful to be back in Middle Georgia and to bring that knowledge and passion home. If you’re looking to build a custom home or take on an exterior remodel, I’d love to connect and see how I can help.
