For almost 30 years, Vorderman Volkswagen has been a familiar name in Fort Wayne, Indiana and a recognizable presence along I-69. When Volkswagen introduced updated dealership brand standards, it presented an opportunity to do more than comply. It was a chance to strengthen the customer experience, support the day-to-day operations, and ensure the dealership continues to reflect the quality, comfort, and modern aesthetic VW is known for.

The results reflect Volkswagen's evolving brand standards while supporting the seamless customer experience, operational efficiency, and attention to detail that continue to define the dealership today.

Designed around the realities of IU Health LifeLine’s daily operations, the new Greenfield base brings air and ground operations together under one roof, creating an opportunity to better support the teams responsible for delivering critical care when and where it is needed most.

The closer healthcare design is tied to operational realities, the better it can support the day-to-day needs of both patients and practitioners. This isn’t a passing trend or the latest design fad. It’s fundamental to delivering better care.

In the case of the IU Health Fishers tower expansion and renovation, a highly integrated approach grounded in evidence-based design and Lean principles revealed opportunities like shortening the travel distances for staff to their patient and supplies, integrating best practices from previous projects and research, reducing risk factors, and implementing systems that can scale with the needs of the community.

We joined IU Health and HKS Architects to share key insights and takeaways from the project in the September issue of Healthcare Design Magazine.

Purdue University (West Lafayette) has officially opened South Hall for the Fall of 2026, adding 896 beds and serving as home to The Data Mine, a research-based living and learning community.

Projects like this offer students access to the connections, collaborative environments, and academic support that make the residential campus experience valuable.

With an in-house team of 26 registered architects, professional engineers, landscape architects, and interior designers who collectively hold licenses across 32 jurisdictions, here’s how that benefits our clients:
