We will lead your PSM/RMP team to higher levels of compliance. We work with your team in several categories, such as: Organization, Risk Management, Incident Investigation and several more. Annual Ammonia Inspections / Mechanical Integrity Inspections

e offer an Annual Ammonia Inspection per IIAR Bulletin #109 guidelines, as well as a more detailed Mechanical Integrity Inspection that goes well beyond the basic inspection criteria within IIAR Bulletin #109, know as our "5-year inspection". Training
We provide free training courses on a regular basis as a service to our clients and industry. These courses cover a variety of topics including developing SOP's and leading a PSM/RMP Team. In addition, we also have a complete line of courses available for all of your ammonia refrigeration or compliance needs. Some of the material covered in the classes includes: Ammonia Refrigeration Principles, Mechanical Integrity, and Emergency Responder Training. These courses are available at our facility or yours for a small fee. All of the courses are taught by qualified instructors, many by RAIs (RETA Authorized Instructors). Audit Assistance
We provide assistance in all aspects of auditing. Some examples include: Process Safety/Risk Management Compliance Audits, Ammonia Refrigeration Maintenance Audits, and OSHA/EPA Audit Assistance. Process Hazard Analysis
We provide assistance in all popular forms of Process Hazard Analysis (HAZOP, Checklist, What-if, Failure Modes and Effects, and Fault Tree Analysis). We specialize in the What-if Checklist method (Preferred by the Ammonia Refrigeration Industry). Risk Management Submittals
The Environmental Protection Agency requires that a Risk Management Plan be submitted every five years or when significant changes occur. Our team will work closely with your facility representative to develop a plan to be submitted to the EPA.

Introduction to Ammonia Refrigeration
The Beginning - This course utilizes a fast paced presentation to introduce the world of ammonia refrigeration. Starting with ammonia properties, safety, and personnel protective equipment, the course quickly progresses to the expanded refrigeration loop, standard operating and maintenance procedures, and finally into the tracing of a refrigeration block flow diagram. A course for beginers and old pros alike.

Introduction To Ammonia Compliance
The Eye Opener - An Introductory course on the requirements of Process Safety Management, Risk Management and the Ammonia Refrigeration Management Programs.

Refrigeration Principles – Level 1
The Refrigeration Basics Course - This seminar is specifically directed to Plant Engineers, Maintenance Personnel, and all individuals concerned with more efficient operation of their Industrial Refrigeration Systems. Based on the RETA Course 1 manual, it is intended as a complete and total introductory refrigeration course, mixed with practical field examples and open forum discussion.

Refrigeration Principles – Level 2
The Systems Course - This course uses Industrial Refrigeration 2 as a textbook. In addition to the in depth coverage of the text, additional information (Manufacturers’ literature, other text, articles, videos, and bulletins) will be covered during the course. This course focuses on system operations as opposed to component operations (as outlined in Refrigeration Principles – Level 1).

Operator Level 3
The Maintenance Course - This course uses Industrial Refrigeration 3 as a textbook. In addition to the in depth coverage of the text, additional information (Manufacturers’ literature, other text, articles, videos, and bulletins) will be covered during the course. This course focuses on maintenance of ammonia refrigeration systems.

Operator Level 4
The Skills Course - This course combines the final three text books in the RETA exam series, Industrial Refrigeration 4, Basic Electricity 1, and Electricity 2. In addition to the texts, an indepth study of the emerging refrigeration technologies is also included.

Refrigeration Review Course
The Refresher Course - This course is a review of all six books in the RETA exam series, Industrial Refrigeration 1, Industrial Refrigeration 2, Industrial Refrigeration 3, Industrial Refrigeration 4, Basic Electricity 1, and Electricity 2. In addition to the texts, the course includes a detailed review of the testing packet as well as tips on taking exams. Students must complete study of all of these books prior to taking this course. Either through the courses outlined above or self study. Manuals are not provided with this course.

Energy Optimization
The Money Course - This course utilizes the Wagner-Meinert, LLC Energy Optimization training manual. The course provides everyday ways to conserve and recover energy. A must for any operator or maintenance manager.
