Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Remodeling Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various remodeling tasks, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively with a helper on assigned projects. You must provide your own tools and be comfortable with job site management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute remodeling projects, including but not limited to kitchens, bathrooms, and general renovations.
• Collaborate with the project manager and assist in overseeing a helper.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship while adhering to project timelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the project.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in remodeling or construction tasks.
• Ability to provide your own tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
