BridgeCap Partners and IHG Mechanical Services have formed a strategic joint venture to provide cost savings to tenants in the cold storage warehousing sector.

BridgeCap Cold Storage is a relationship-driven full-suite real estate and maintenance solution that assists clients with optimizing their cold chains. By leveraging strategic partnerships, BridgeCap Cold Storage delivers cost savings to tenants and outsized returns to investors.

· Offering comprehensive Preventative Maintenance programs custom-designed to meet the requirements of the client’s facility and budget.
· Passionate pursuit of service is what IHG is built upon, offering a 2-hour response time on most (DFW) service calls and 24 hour, 7 days per week dispatch service.
· Additional services include new facility design and construction, retrofit of existing facilities, and direct replacement of equipment.
