Other times...

You have a home that you've loved for years, and you just want to spice things up or try something new.

A long-time client of ours wanted to rearrange, or should I say open up her utility room?

We saved her cabinets and her wood shelving.

Added a support beam to remove multiple walls,

Rearranged electrical, and added electrical.

Then after sheetrock, tape and bed, and texture.

We were done !

This family is very DIY oriented

They're going to get after it, and add all the new cabinets and painting.

Sometimes you find a house that's in the right location, has the right square footage, and that's in a great neighborhood.

Although that doesn't necessarily mean you're 100% happy with everything inside the house.
That was the case with these lovely homeowners who were in love with the home they had just bought but knew before they moved in. There were things they wanted changed...

That is where we come in.

After taking a walk of the property and understanding the way they wanted it transformed, we got to work creating the space for their needs.

After adding new supports to get rid of a supporting wall, extending a bedroom, and creating a new closet, new countertops, new flooring, and a new coat of paint.

We were finally able to show them the home they had envisioned!

This client had an outdoor patio space that unfortunately was not used often, if ever.

She wanted a space where she could feel the sunlight and watch her many animals in the back but still be in the comfort of her home.

So instead of extending the foundation and starting a crazy expensive project we converted her current covers patio into a sunroom!

It turned out gorgeous!!

Ever had too many people and not enough restrooms?

That was almost the reality for this client.

When we arrived, the shower was not functional, and family guests were inbound

We were working on a tight deadline.

We spent time understanding their situation and their needs to make it happen.

Black metallic tile, black shower pan and black hardware.

5 days later! And the shower is gorgeous

Functionality and appealing

Adding a rock flower bed to your space doesn't only look good but can also reduce the amount of maintenance needed on your home exterior, and can assist in irrigation.

The first flower bed shown was truly unearthed by our team and restored to a flat weedless flower bed.

The second project was cleaned and a protective anti-weed barrier was placed under the rock to decrease the maintenance needed on the flower bed.
