Packaging Before and After:
1st slide is a supplier who packed us some 321 Stainless Steel per AMS 5510 0160”thk x 8.30” x 11.70”
Qty: 150
My only issue is that they didn’t secure the material in the 5 gallon drum properly causing the material to rattle around on the UPS truck resulting in some bent edges. This is usually a quality cause for rejection but our customer is open to seeing if they can flatten this material during forming

2nd slide is us packaging this 5 gallon drum with some insulation (bubble wrap)

3rd slide is overkill with tape because there’s nothing more unstable than 70lbs of metal in a 5 gallon circular drum inside of a cardboard box. Love the tape though.

Anyone with some solutions for next time?

302/304 Quarter Hard (1/4H) per AMS 5903 and AMS 5910 ready for UPS pickup.

Tempered stainless sheets are incredibly difficult to come by. As one of the top results on google for these AMS specs and many others that fall under the tempered stainless group Fighter Jet Metals is honed in on supplying this type of stainless.
