🏗️ Progress Alert: Lakeside Deck Taking Shape!
We’re proud to share the latest milestone on our residential amenity center lakeside deck project!

Our team has successfully completed two major phases:

✅ Structural Concrete Piers – The foundation is set and ready to carry the load.
✅ Structural Steel Deck Framing – Precision fabrication and installation locked in, giving this deck its bones.

The elevated deck structure is now framed and ready for the next phase. This will be a fantastic gathering space overlooking the water once finished 🌅

Next up, we’re moving into the finishing phases:
🎨 Structural steel painting
🪵 Trex composite decking installation
🔩 Steel cable handrail installation

We’re excited to keep the momentum going and deliver a high-quality outdoor space for the community. 🌊

🚧 Big wins on two Texas job sites today!

We just wrapped up the Metal Framing Punch on a stunning custom home in Bastrop, TX — every detail checked, every item crossed off the list, and ready for the next phase! ✅

At the same time, our team crushed the Foundation Pre-Pour Inspection down in Rosharon, TX — making sure that foundation is rock-solid and built to last before the concrete flies. 🔨

Two projects, two locations, zero shortcuts. This is how we deliver the quality our clients expect on every custom home we build.

Pre-construction coordination in progress 👨‍💻

Before steel ever arrives on site, we review the full 3D framing model to verify layout, structural connections, load paths, and installation sequencing. This step allows us to catch potential conflicts early and ensure the field installation runs efficiently.

For this custom home project, our team is dialing in the details to ensure a smooth framing phase when it’s time to stand the structure.

Today our crew wrapped up setting the foundation forms for this new custom home build 🏡 Precision at this stage is critical—layout, elevation, and formwork all have to be dialed in before concrete ever hits the site 📐🔨

Strong homes start with strong foundations. Next step: piers and rebar.
