Changing a back porch flat roof to a single pitch roof to prevent rot on two sides of the house. My two nephews Israel & Joseph helped me & a friend Thomas helped.

 12 x 12 one by box pillars recovered with 8 inch LP, smart siding and trim boards to cover damaged and patch surface. Anchored one of the pillars with angle, brackets, and tap con to the slab.

Another day at work doing a fireplace demolition with Mavericks Masonry LLC getting it ready for a larger direct vent gas with an elevated hearth and flagstone tiles.

Repairing an out door fireplace for Safe Home Repairs LLC that was not completed by a previous contractor. Demoed some crappy cinder block chimney on the top and rebuilt with stones in front of smaller cinder blocks. It is still the works.

Bathroom remodel completed.

This is a very nice bathroom remodel still in progress I was subcontracted by Recon Home Service LLC. A lot of work went into this second floor bathroom remodel including leveling the pier and beam home, installing a beam in the attic, vaulting the ceiling to ten feet, installed steel rods from the beam to beam on the first floor header to keep floor up and level and replacing the first floor corner post and installing a pier in the crawl space, ect…
