Today we join Fort Worth and communities across North Texas in remembering Congresswoman Kay Granger.
For decades, Congresswoman Granger was a tireless champion for Fort Worth, our region, and the industries that keep our nation strong. She understood that thriving communities are built by people willing to invest, innovate, and create opportunities for others.
At WilliamsRDM, we were grateful for her friendship and unwavering support through the years. She believed in the important role that small businesses, and especially women-owned businesses, play in strengthening our economy, our defense industrial base, and our community. Her encouragement and leadership opened doors for so many entrepreneurs, including our own founder, Della Williams, whose vision and determination she always supported.
Her legacy will be measured not only by the legislation she championed, but by the businesses she helped grow, the careers she inspired, and the lasting impact she made on Fort Worth.
We extend our deepest condolences to her family, friends, former staff, and all whose lives she touched. She will be greatly missed, and her dedication to service will not be forgotten.
Thank you, Congresswoman Granger, for your leadership, your friendship, and your steadfast commitment to Fort Worth.
