Big things are happening in Fort Worth! We officially broke ground on the Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) New Operations Compound.

Situated on a 23-acre site off I-820 in Northwest Fort Worth, this project will include long-awaited operational improvements for TRWD’s dedicated staff, who serve over 2-million people across an 11-county region in North Texas.

The operations compound will include 10 new buildings totaling 108,676 SF and is designed to streamline TRWD’s regional operations and improve efficiency and response times for systems operations. The new complex will serve as a centralized hub for administration, fleet maintenance, and infrastructure storage, as well as a dedicated facility for the law enforcement division.

SEDALCO is honored to partner with TRWD - Tarrant Regional Water District, Freese and Nichols, Inc., Pronghorn Flats, and Huitt-Zollars to deliver this project. We look forward to seeing this campus take shape over the next two years!

One of our favorite traditions is back!

Our team recently spent the day partnering with 6 Stones for their annual Community Powered Revitalization. Together, we rolled up our sleeves to refresh the exterior of a local home—helping restore a sense of pride for a homeowner facing maintenance challenges.

We’re grateful for every opportunity to serve the community where we live and work.

We had a great time at the TEXO Distinguished Building Awards Recognition Night! It was such an honor to receive two awards for the Waller County Courthouse and the Will Rogers Memorial Center Coliseum.

Both projects represent a commitment to supporting community growth while preserving history. The Waller County Courthouse Replacement provides a new foundation for essential county services, and the Will Rogers Memorial Center Coliseum Renovation ensures a beloved cultural landmark will thrive for future generations.

We are incredibly proud of our teams and grateful for the partners who helped make these projects a success. Thank you TEXO, The Construction Association, it was a wonderful evening celebrating excellence in our industry.

The Waller County Courthouse Replacement project won the Design Build 3 category, and the Will Rogers Memorial Center Coliseum was awarded the Historic Renovation category.

A new chapter begins at Eastern Hills Elementary! We officially broke ground on the 91,000 SF modern replacement campus. This new school, serving Pre-K through 5th grade, will bring modernized instructional spaces with a state-of-the-art Early Childhood Center, expanded facilities for the arts, a dedicated gym with a storm shelter, and a secure, community-focused design by BRW ARCHITECTS.

We are proud to celebrate this exciting milestone with Fort Worth ISD and are thrilled to be under construction alongside our joint venture partner, Post L Group Construction, and owner’s representative, Procedeo.
