With several projects breaking ground this summer, we found ourselves reflecting on our history in Collin County. What started with a single project in Richardson in 1998 has grown into $138M of active work across four of the county's major cities.

The Annual Family Fest wrapped up our spring Culture Committee events in the best way possible. The tables were full thanks to our in-house chefs Seth Hubbard, Josh Rohrer, Daniel Iozzi, and Blake Dickson, serving up crawfish, hot dogs, and fajitas for everyone to enjoy. 🦞🌮🌭

This year also brought a new tradition... Salsa Competition! 🌶️ Congratulations to our inaugural winners: 1st Aaron Rodgers, 2nd John Golias, and 3rd Daniel Iozzi.

A huge thank you to all the M&F team members who joined us with their kids, spouses, partners, parents, grandparents, and even a few four-legged family members. We couldn’t be who we are without our families! So, grateful to spend time together.

Special shoutout to Culture Committee leads Seth Hubbard and Josh Rohrer for putting together another incredible event.

Level two cold form framing is moving right along at DFW Airport Hyatt House, with the final podium pour today.

Flying out of DFW for ? Enter from the south, look to the right, and send a wave to our team out there killing it: Klint, Evan, Grant, Jayden, John Mark, and William.

We’re excited to help deliver the fourth Hyatt installation on DFW Airport’s campus and its first extended-stay property. Summer 2027, we’re gunnin’ for ya!

Ashley joined us as Director of Marketing less than a year ago and her impact has been immediate. From reimagining our client experience to strengthening our digital presence and sharpening our brand strategy, she's brought a level of thinking that most organizations spend years searching for.

With a background rooted in AI and technology marketing, Ashley has helped us apply a forward-thinking approach to everything we do.

Today, we're thrilled to celebrate her place on Fort Worth Inc.'s 500 Most Influential list for 2026 and absolutely ecstatic she's on the team.

The Tarrant County Sheriff’s Training Academy is officially complete, with the Certificate of Occupancy now in hand and county staff actively moving into the building. Final punch list work is underway as the academy prepares to open its doors to students this Monday.

This Komatsu Architecture-designed facility features over 9,000 SF of terrazzo corridors, advanced driving and weapons simulators, weight rooms, classrooms, testing and interview rooms, conference spaces, and dedicated training environments built for the future of public safety education.

Shoutout to Logan, Jackson, John, Tim, Hayden, and Dan for their hard work in bringing this project across the finish line.

This week, M&F field teams participated in OSHA's Safety Training Institute National Safety Stand-Down to Prevent Falls in Construction with a focus on scaffolding safety. These conversations are an important part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring everyone goes home safe every single day.

We’re proud of our crews for showing up, staying engaged, and continuing to look out for one another.

Every quarter, we take a step back to reflect on where we’ve been, where we’re headed, and how we continue to show up every day.

At M&F, it comes back to a simple commitment. We push your vision forward. You see that in how we work. We start by listening, asking the right questions early, solving issues proactively, and staying accountable from day one to closeout.

Our recent town hall was also a chance to recognize a few team members who truly live out our core values and make that commitment real. We gave a special shoutout to Travis Baur Zane Schoppa Spencer Wood and Tyler Emanuel for our core value of Learning Everyday. They’re the ones who keep improving, keep asking questions, and keep raising the bar for everyone around them.

And of course, thank you to our entire team for making M&F special.

Located right in the heart of the Barton Springs corridor, the Town Lake Center is officially ready for its next chapter. With the keys turned over and the city beginning to move in, it’s a proud moment to see the City of Austin Government's vision come to life just steps from downtown in one of Austin’s most energetic neighborhoods.

We are grateful for the incredible partnership with Ware Malcomb and the opportunity to shape our ATX community.
